Uploading SSL certificates

Uploading an SSL certificate can be done via https://sock.combell-sre.net/.

Add SSL certificate

To deploy a new SSL certificate in Sock, find the the green 'Add' button and select 'Add SSL certificate'.

Fill in certificate details

Fill in the following fields:

  • CSR (optional)
  • Private key
  • x509 certificate
  • Intermediate certificate
  • Root certificate (optional)
  • PKCS7 certificate (optional)

Find certificate in Sock

Once the certificate upload succeeded, it will be deployed on the server where the attached Sock application is installed on. Uploaded certificates can be viewed under 'SSL Certificates'.

Expiration notifications

Our team will notify you via e-mail about expiring certificates around 30 days in advance.

Avoid installation costs

If you upload SSL certificates yourself, you avoid additional, one-time setup costs for installing and monitoring those certificates.
