Finding the mailheaders in your mail client

You can find out how to retrieve the mailheaders for different clients on the Combell Knowledge Base, here.

When forwarding an e-mail where the mailheaders are important to our support, please use "Forward as attachment" rather then just "Forward".
This way, we receive the original mail, including all the original headers.
