Create FTP user

To create an FTP user, navigate to the top left corner and select Add.
In the dropdown menu select Add FTP user.

An alternate path to creating an FTP user is to select New FTP User under the Virtual server's or Account's FTP Users widget.
If the Virtual server or Account does not have an FTP user associated with it yet, the option listed is named Create your first FTP user.

Enter the required information into the Create a new FTP user menu and confirm with Create FTP User.

User - name of the FTP user
Password - configure a password. For optimal security, leave the password blank and use SSH keys to log in to your account
SSH Keys - configure or select an existing SSH key to link to the FTP user
Read only - enable or disable read only mode
Account - select the account that will be associated with the FTP user
Location - enter the path to which the FTP user will be restricted to
