Disable an account

Disabling an account will take its applications offline, revoke database privileges and disable FTP users.
The account can only be re-enabled by the Sock user who disabled it or a member of our support staff.


To disable an account, navigate to the relevant account's menu, and select Edit account.

In the Edit menu select Disable.

A dialog box will appear to confirm disabling the account.

Sock will display a banner in the account's menu that the account is disabled.
This banner also displays who can re-enable the account.
